We regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to wind down the MemePay card service due to the loss of our card issuer Quicko’s license.

As a result:

• All MemePay cards have been deactivated and can no longer be used.

• Fiat withdrawals and card spending are no longer available.

• The MemePay service will be officially terminated and closed on April 4, 2026. This email serves as formal notice of termination, provided at least one month in advance in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

ACTION REQUIRED: Withdraw Your Remaining Balance

If you have any remaining funds in your account, you must withdraw them no later than April 4, 2026.

Please review the applicable scenario below carefully:

Balance in Fiat (EUR / USD)

If your balance is in fiat currency (for example, due to a recent merchant refund), these funds are held with Quicko.

To recover these funds, you must follow the instructions provided directly by Quicko in their email dated February 3, including submitting a refund request to Quicko.

Please note:

• MemePay no longer has access to these fiat funds.

• We are unable to convert or transfer these amounts into USDC on your behalf.

Balance in USDC

If your balance is in USDC, you may withdraw your funds using the in-app external wallet withdrawal function.

• Withdraw to an external wallet (ERC-20 network only).

• Ensure the wallet address and network are correct before confirming the transaction.

Important Reminder

All balances — whether fiat or USDC — must be withdrawn before April 4, 2026.

After this date, the MemePay service will be permanently closed, and access to the platform will no longer be available.

We strongly urge you to take action as soon as possible to avoid any complications.
